Horseradish Sauce

A must-have for Roast Beast.
Ingredients
  • 4 ounce jar prepared horseradish
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 3 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives
Mix everything together and chill overnight.
